The Direct Voucher Method may be utilized for purchases up to $9,999.99, as long as the purchase is not on the Exceptions List of Small Purchases.

If the total purchase is less than $10,000.00 (including all shipping, postage, freight and handling charges), purchase the product(s) using the P-Card if at all possible. This is the most economical way to make a small purchase.

• Preview the P-Card Prohibited Purchases/Restrictions List to determine if the P-Card can be utilized.
  • Review Current P-Card Limits.
• Determine if your requested Supplier will accept the P-Card.
• Determine if there is an alternate Supplier that will accept the P-Card.
• Purchase product, keeping a copy of the sales receipt for the Card Reviewer's files.
